Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Wearobe, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following returns and exchanges policy:
1. Returns
  • Return Period: You can return items within 15 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
  • Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-returnable Items: Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, as well as products marked as non-returnable (such as certain sale items), cannot be returned.
2. Exchanges
  • Exchange Period: Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchange Conditions: To exchange an item, the product must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. If you need to exchange for a different size or color, we will process the exchange based on product availability.
  • Shipping Costs for Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the exchange is due to a defect or mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping fees.
3. How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Return Authorization: We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization code (if applicable).
  • Package the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Ship the item back to the provided return address. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Refund or Exchange Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund or process the exchange.
4. Refunds
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued for used or damaged items.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective item or an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return of the defective product and issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
