Non-returnable Items: Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, as well as products marked as non-returnable (such as certain sale items), cannot be returned.

Exchange Period: Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Conditions: To exchange an item, the product must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. If you need to exchange for a different size or color, we will process the exchange based on product availability.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the exchange is due to a defect or mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping fees.
3. How to Return or Exchange an Item
